I, too had a vaso vagal episode and my symptoms were very very similar. The only difference is after three days of the nausea and vomiting, I developed diarrhea. During a trip to the potty for that I vaso vagaled and it caused a subarachnoid (brain) hemorrhage. I almost died. I had a massive brain bleed and spent two weeks in intensive care. A miracle saved me and I am very lucky to only have internal injuries relating to my brain. Anyway, my recommendation is to see a neurologist and ask for testing to rule out the danger of a fatal episode. Good Luck.
