Vaso-Vagal Syndrome

For two months I have been experiencing symptoms such as dizziness, and acute pain (almost feeling like a gas bubble in my ribs)underneath my breast. My experiences seem similar to those of the ones posted on this site. I have gone to 4 doctors in the last month, and all of them have told me that it is dehydration. Has anyone else suffered from the pain in their ribs, underneath their breast, like I have?
