41 yr old. Taken Neurofen rapid in am for SIJ soreness. Walked 10 km on hilly track, drinking approx 500ml fluid. Had yoghurt icecream for lunch. In car on home trip(I was not driving) experienced intense chest pain especially through the breasts and felt I was going to pass out. Blacked out for 1min and experienced white dots before my eyes as I regained consciousness. Drank 500ml of water and felt better. Went on to eat and have a sweet drink. Felt OK after that. This is the 2nd episode however previous I had no chest pain or warning of the black-out. Previous was put down to dehydration due to moderate amount of alcohol during the day ( I don't drink very often) I wonder now if the neurofen(anti-inflammatory) had something to do with the 2nd attack. NOT SURE IF i WAS TAKING IT ON PREVIOUS OCCASSION.It was interesting to read your website .
