Wow, You sound like me. I'm 34 yr old female. I first passed out in high school and have been passing on and off since. I passed out more frequently in my 20's. I used to pass out more in the am but just recently it happened to me when I was out to dinner with a new date. Just like you decribed. I feel like I have diarria and I need to find a bathroom ASAP but then I get faint and I don't have a chance to get there. My stomach cramps up and I lay myself on the floor. Sometimes I feel I need to vomit at the same time. When I wake up approx 5 mins later I have already lost my bodily functions. This is so embarrassing. My Dr. told me to keep myself hydrated. I'm wondering if there are certain foods I should stay away from. Should I stop drinking because I know that dehydrated you? My cardialogist in Chicago diagnosed me with Vaso Vagel after he did the tilt-table test but I still feel that this could be a Gastro problem. They did blood work on me and my blood is fine. Should I go to a Gastro? Have you? What can we do about this? HELP....
