My 8 year old son has had dizzy episodes, sometimes with headache, for about two years. They usually happen in the morning,especially when first getting out of bed. It also happened after getting off the bus at school. He has to lay down for several minutes, he'll fall if not. We're going to experiment with increased fluids and salt. He has never fainted, does anyone have a similar problem?
