Is vagal syndrome the same thing or similar. I have vagal syndrome and have to be very careful when given a shot and I cannot give blood. My blood sugar drops easily and I have to eat right away or I get faint. Let me know if this is similar and some things I should be aware of with this disorder. thanks, Wendy
