Tilt test for Vaso vagal

From: Stan

Comments

I have just been told by a neurologist that i have probably got the condition called vaso vagel syncope.

I pass out for all different reasons, if i feel physical pain, or the sight of my own blood, or just before i vomit. It seems to me that my episodes are caused by a shock of some sort. When i pass out i have a seizure, i`ve been told by people around me that i go dead stiff, my eyes roll, and i sometimes lose bladder control. I have to go for a tilt table test in a couple of months, and i can not see how lying on a table being tilted up and down for two hours is going to make me have one of these episodes, unless it makes me want to vomit. Any information on the tilt test would be much appreciated, thanks

Stan
