Episodes are back after stopping for almost 2 years.

My neice was diagnosed with v-v when she was 13,after alot of testing. She has been taking Florinet and has had no problems til recently. Within the last week, the episodes have come back, almost as bad as when they first started. Is this a common thing among those who have v-v?
