I have had 4 vaso vagal episodes (at least that is what they are calling it). I am 23 years old and it really scares me. Lately I am unable to fall asleep because I am afraid that I will pass out when I wake up in the morning. I just got done wearing a 24 hour heart monitor. What bothers me is that when I get the results back they will most likely answer nothing. I just wanted to get my feelings out, because it doesn't seem like their is anything to stop these episodes.
