Before or during an attack I get terrible pain in my left arm and or leg. I was so worried at first as I thought this is what happens during a heart attack, but the pain is more of a severe ache that a vice like pain. It is def. related to my attacks. I also get a "rush" to my head up the left side of my body and then a headache. Some attacks brings on tingling in my fingers and toes. I am so glad to have found this site. I have been to so many doctors, had so many tests and no answers.
