I've been told by my doctor I have vasal vagal reaction. My legs get red and blue when I stand he says the blood pools to my legs with a form of orthostatic hypotension. I've always gotten dizzy, passing out for the first time when I was 10. I had not linked my legs to the dizziness until I almost passed out in Winn-Dixie with my 4 yr. old son. He seems to be checking my heart.(ekg was fine) but he does not think there is anything he can do about this blood pooling to my legs. I look like I am freezing and I am standing in 100 degree heat. It's really embarassing and I'm only 29. If amy one knows anything about this or has some tips on what could help PLEASE let me know. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
