Don't know if you ever got any help with your vaso-vagel sycope but I have had it for years and I finally was treated with some success about 2 years ago. You need to go and see a Electrophysiologist and have a tilt table test done. I also had a heart ablation done (not fun) but really helped me. Anyway good luck. I know how you feel as I have been on the floor many, many times.
