Hi Dee

I have the majority of my attacks when sleeping too. They waken me up usually just intime to realise I am about to lose it. I do not have a pacer but have ofen suspected that I have other attacks when I am sleeping. I think this, when I have had some really way out dreams - usually graveyard or in a tunnel related. They are very frightening because I think I am concious in the tunnel in my brain, and am loosing my fight for life. I think if I don't get back that is it.

Ive been reffered to a sleep clinic as my husband says I stop breathing too. Maybe you need to ask your Dr to refer you to a sleep clinic. Maybe there is something else going on. I suspect there is something way out going on with me too.
