Hi, my son has had these episodes of not feeling well and he would turn a shade of white and on the verge of passing out. This has been going on since about 3 yrs old. The cardiologist at childrens hospital has told me to put him on a high salt intake with gatorade to drink. when we strayed off this diet he started not feeling well again. We did not do the tilt test because he is only six years old and i feel he has had enough going on to do this type of test. i have to say he has been doing much better since the increase of salt, but a little concerned because he is so young to be eating all this salt.
