I too broke my nose after passing out as a result of a vaso vagal response. I faint at the sight of blood and too many time, I end up getting hurt. Try fainting (falling head first off the table) after having a pap smear, wearing nothing but a small towel...which flew right off. While I wasn't hurt, I sure felt like a fool. Good to know that I am not the only one. Hopefully, you only faint while wearing something bigger than a towel.
