VV AT A 1000 mph

I am 30yrs old, and have been having these episodes since i was 12. When i pass out, my head feels like it is spinning at a 1000 mph, the feeling is absolutely horrendous, i feel like i am going to die, when i become conscious again, it is an incredible relief. The symptoms seem to be getting worse with age, which is i believe due to stress. Just wondering if anybody else gets this spinning sensation, when they passout, thanks.
