Denise, Sounds like your daughter would benefit from a tilt table test. Look up Neurocardiogenic syncope on the internet. People who have this don't always passout with their episodes. Since this happens to your daughter during her cycle, her episodes might have to do with low blood volume.....just a guess. A doctor familiar with dysautonomic disorders should be able to diagnos and treat. Some do grow out of this and some have it all their lives.
