Newly Diag w/VV - pacemaker recommended

I have been from Dr. to Dr. just to be told it was all in my head and to live with it. I finally found a Cardiologist that had me pegged to a pinpoint! I finally have some answers. He said I suffer from VV Syndrome and recommended Beta Blockers or in my case probably a pacemaker to take the symptoms away 100%! What a relief, however, I am concerned about getting a pakemaker. Anybody have any info., stories, progress, in regards to a pacemaker. I am 33 years old, want to get pg soon, and cannot suffer through the episodes when I am pregnant! Thanks!
