Hello When I black out it is not because of a phobia but I do have seizures when I pblack out. Also the last time I blacked out was when the nurse was taking an iv out of me. I don't have a phobia of needles but I was watching her pull the needle out and I think that is what made me have a VV attack. Best of luck to you
