I also have episodes while laying down. My episodes are not postion related. My diagnosis is neurocardiogenic syncope.

You shouldn't have to prove anything to a knowledgable doctor. Maybe finding another doctor who Completely understands all aspects of Dysautonomic conditions, would help you more, than proving something to your doctor.
