Up until yesterday I didn't have a clue what is was that I had. Now I seem to be on information overload.

Based upon the information I found on this site I did more research at www.ndrf.org. It seems that the fainting is an element or symptom of several of the various dysfunctions found in Autonomic Disorders. Although some of the symptoms described by everyone are similar there are defiite differences in that they can be segregated into specific disorders. As a result I would recommend the website (ndrf.org) to anyone who would like to gather more information in order to isolate their own specific disorder:

Orthostatic Intolerance Syndrome Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) Mitral Valve Prolapse Idiopathic Hypovolemia Paroxysmal Autonomic Syncopes Neurocardiogenic Syncope

Hopefully this helps as there is also information available on treatments and clinical research.
