You are not alone...exactly the same thing happened to my Husband 2 nights ago..very scary.At 00.45 he went to urinate,felt that he should sit down, then passed out for about 20 seconds.I have posted another question to ask if anyone who has observed a vv episode and can comment about the sufferers eye movement..hes eyes were open and unresponsive,hardley any colour in the pupils,and translucent like,with a slight roll.Anyway,its also happened about 20 years ago in the same situation,going to urinate.The Doctor at the time said that there is a cheminal reaction and blood pressure drops at the moment of passing water...its was a very frighening experience for both of us...I actually though that he was dead for a moment.So there you have it.Does this happen to anyone alse in the same circumstances.Please tell us about it.Thanks a million .Tracey
