Hi Steve, thanks for replying. I would first like to say i'm terribly sorry about your daughter-I recently lost my father and understand that pain. I have also considered your questions-I am not self conscious about fainting in public. it is mor that ia an concerned that I will crack my head open on a hard floor if I do before I have a chance to get to a laying or sitting position. As for the anxiety-I only feel anxious about an attack when i feel one coming on-which i'm sure make the feeling 10 times worse. I do try to distract myself-or just lay down and wait for the miserable feeling to pass. other than that-i'm still frustrated about not working now and just want this to at least subside a little so i can get back to daily life. I've been dealing with lightheadedness/fainting all my life-just never this severe and never had a diagnosis before. also, you said you have had some of these experiences-are you going for a tilt table test?
