Hi 22, trouble is with this thing as the symptoms present as associated with just about anything you can think of. I sense the desperation behind your words especially when it effects your working life. My 13-year-old daughter died 4 years ago with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Her death was triggered by physical exercise, she had symptoms identical to mine, was told what you were, but have this underlying condition. I do not have this condition. My post 'tilt test' will give you an overview on my situation and I will pass on my thoughts over the years and what I know. First could you consider and respond to these questions. Besides the obvious fears you have over the condition are you a self-conscious person? Are symptoms triggered at the thought of embarrassment in a public place or important event? I suspect they maybe getting worse over the anxiety associated with the symptoms themself - is that the case?
