This has happened to me six or seven times, twice during air travel which on both occasions proved to be not the most of rewarding experiences. First associated with blood or sudden pain insult now after the experiences on aircraft I have plenty of secondary anxiety - mostly because no one can tell me whats going on. Events have all been six odd years apart so I guesss I'm lucky. Could anyone please tell me what the tilt test is by description, whether its of use, and why please.
