Vaso Vagal or something else???

I don't know if what experienced is Vaso Vagal. I fainted while on the toilet having a bowel movement. It's happened 4 times already and it really scares me. It was the worst yesterday, having my hearing and vision go and get all clammy and then soaked in sweat. I was vomiting as I was going to the bathroom. I felt like I was dying. Thank God it passed. Does anyone know what this could be??
