Hi Christine, I have had the very same reactions as you have described...I posted earlier that most of my trouble seems to definitely be related to my stomach. I am very uncomfortable whenever I eat now and seem also have developed some acid reflux along with all of this appearing several months ago...so for me I definitely feel there is a gastrointestinal "trigger". The only thing that is different from what I have read on this site is that I am almost "always" feeling like I'm going to pass out...it sort of stays in the backround all day long and then when I do something like eat or get up too quickly it really comes on...very clammy, nauseated etc...I also have heart palpitations seperate of this new vaso-vagal thing and have often wondered if my heart isn't involved also...
