Vaso- Vagal verses Fybromyalgia

Fell 4 times. Broke ribs on both sides and split one knee opened. No apparent warning, just standing one moment, on the ground the next. I get sweety very easily, have panic attacks, can't sleep, tired all the time,depression, high blood pressure, loosing muscle control on right side of body, dizzy on regular basis. Diagnosed with chronic obstructibe pulmonary disease, high blood pressure, incontenance, tennis elbow and carple tunnel, and acid reflux disease. Having physical and mental therapy plus taking 18 meds. Could these actually all be part of VV or Fibromyalgia?
