Hi, I have neurocardiogenic syncope. When I have an episode, I lose my blood pressure and my Hear rate drops. I have had episodes of bradycardia and av block 3, documented on an event monitior. After an episode my BP & HR return to normal.Pryor to my NCS diagnosis, I was mis diagnosed with epilepsy. Some of my episodes did mimick looking like seizures. A tilt table test, will give your doctor some idea of what happens when a person has an episode. The tests mimicks episodes. Tells what you BP & Hr are doing. Look it up on the internet for more information.

I am surprised that you never had that test, with your history. If you need any other information let me know.

Do your Ekg's show any abnormalities?
