This has happened to me several times but I didn't realize what was happening until I thought during one attack, I was going to die. The only way I was able to breath and feel better was to go where it was cold. Without thinking I ran to the refrigerator and put my head in the freezer to get control but it wasn't cold enough. Fortunately it was very cold outside so I went out almost naked and immediately began to fee better. It was scary as hell. The doctor had nother to offer. He just explained that it was vv and to relax or something.....
