Marie,

I sympathise completely!

I find the same thing happens to me. I am 19 and all my friends love partying and going out. But i just panic when it looks like a big weekend. I'm so scared to go out because that is the enivonment where i most often faint. I am always debating about whether i am actually bringing on the attacks by panicking, or if they were bound to happen anyway.

Your subway experience also happens to me often, but on the bus. I get dizzy and sweaty and just need to lie down. That has scared me off catching buses, ans i now catch a ferry to work every day because of the breeze and space.

I guess we shouldn't let VV limit us so much. It should be something that we control, not something that controls us. Thats what we need to work on, the best treatment we can find that will not let it take a hold of us. Like you, i have also been given the "fluid + salt diet" and am considering buying some soduim tablets.

Feel free to email me if you feel like talking more about this:

Goodluck Marie!
