hi guys. i have a question. i'm a relitively healthy 20 year old female and today i went to the doctor for a post operative appointment to get some stiches out of my nose. i've always been fine with blood and pain and stuff, but after he was done i started feeling really nausous (how DO you spell that?) and light headed and thought i was going to throw up. i let him know this, and he had me lie down with my legs above my heart and put a cold pack on my forehead and the back of my neck. i ended up not passing out, and he told me i experienced "vaso vagel". i'm wondering what exactly this is, if it's a permanent condition, what it has to do with my heart, if it has anything to do with my having depression or anemia....basically, any information about vaso vagel would really REALLY be appreciated cause my doc didn't fill me in on too much. Thanks. -brooke. (brookie336@hotmail.com)
