It is very important to keep your childs fluid intake high...That is one of the problems with those who suffer with VVS.....Stomache ache is common for those who faint while going to the bathroom.....Generaly all tests with come back fine when trying to find a cause for fainting....A Tilt table test will confirm VVS,,,,,,, It is also good to have an event monitor done too it will record what the heart does during an episode.....
