Hi, Hopefully you have contacted your doctor about your fainting. There are some people who have vaso vagal experiences only when they have to have a bowel movement. With some people there is a change in blood pressure and heart rate during this time. When you feel faint, try to lay down and lift your legs up, to increase your BP and possibly prevent a faint. Finding a doctor who is familiar with dysautonomia is your best bet. If there is a next time this happens to you, it could mean an injury(hitting your head etc.) Please see a doctor and let us know how you are doing.
