Vaso Vagal experience

I awoke in the middle of the night, feeling as though I need to have a bowel movement. I fought off the feeling for I was extremely tired, and awoke again about an hour later feeling the same. As I attempted to get up from the bed to use the bathroom, I knew I was going to pass out and yelled to my husband "Help me something is wrong". Note that I was still lying down. I immediately fainting and when I came to I noticed I had lost control of my bowels in the bed. I got up slowly to go into the bathroom to clean myself up and I started sweating profusely and I fainted again ending up on the bathroom floor. Everything passed after 10 minutes or so and I just felt extremely tired. I slept the rest of the night. I am otherwise a healthy young and happy 32 year old female. What is wrong with me????
