Michelle, Having one episode due to dehydration, is probably a heads up for you, to drink plenty of liquids. Gatoraide is great in keeping you hydrated(if you can stand the taste). Having a water bottle with you at all times, should also help alot. If you feel dizzy again, sit or lay down immediatly. No need to call paramedics, unless your faint lasts too long. Most people are fine after an episode, but have fatigue that can lasts long after the episode itself.
does this help you??
