Mindy, yes dizziness, fatigue etc. could be part of your vasovagal response. Not everyone faints with these dysautonomic disorders. Syncope is the term for fainting and presyncope is feeling like you are about to faint. What were your vitals like on the tilt table test? Hope this helps
