i can tell you that i have suffered from migraine headaches since i was a child and have recently been diagnosed with vaso-vagal. the headaches are very painful and frequently leave me feeling weak which then leads to dizziness lasting a day or more. i too have wondered about the correlation between v-v and migraines. any other info?
