When I first started passing out after the birth of my son (i convulse as well) they were happening pretty frequently, but after the birth of my daughter they nearly stopped - 1 or so a year. Then 6 years later after my third child, another son, they started again. I don't know what the precipitating factor is (hormones perhaps) but I think that the circumstances depend on external factors. You're lucky that you don't have them more frequently. I know how horrid they are. Sometimes I fear for my life, but I'm still here 20 years later. Keep your chin up, don't worry about them - I think it makes it worse. Tomorrow will bring what it brings anyway and there is no point in worrying uneccessarily. Good luck
