Are severe headaces a symptom?

My husband, 30 yr old wm, has been having unexplained severe headaches and dizziness. He has had an MRI and CAT scan, both negative. The headaches, along with the dizziness, worsen at different times, and activities. I was wondering if headaches were a symptom of this Vaso-Vagal Syndrome. His blood pressure is normally okay..sometimes a little high but not to a point where the docs are concerned. If anyone can enlighten me on this it would be great!
