Has anyone else tried massage?

One thing I found that helped which I can't find any reference to anywhere else is massage.
NOT the relaxed aromatherepy feel good sort of maggage but the deep painful sports massage that works all the muscles and - more importantly gets the blood flowing around the body more quickly.
At its worst - I used to have 1 hour sports massage once a week, alternating back and legs. Although not a cure it helped keep the headaches and dizzyness at bay.
