Hi, sounds like you really need to see a doctor for your condition. IF you can find a cardiologist who knows about autonomic disorders,it would be helpful. Yes being tired can bring on these disorders. Remember that many people function and do not get dizzy etc with lack of sleep. Thats why you need to find out why you are having these symptoms. You could be holding your child when this comes over you. Thats just another reason to see a docter ASAP. There are no natural remedys for this. Some people have sudden drops in blood pressure, others have drops in heart rate and then again other have a rise in heart rate. Lots ann lots of variables with this. Look up dysautonomic conditions on the internet, while waiting to see a doctor.
