Jennifer, read your story and it sounds sooo much like mine. I am doing the same thing, lots of water and salt when possible. I started about 10 yrs ago and I don't have episodes that often anymore. I'm married, have 3 children and do my best to stay hydrated and off the floor(not to scare my kids) good luck and write back.
