Yes, it has happened to me several times while sitting on the toilet. I am told by my Dr. that a nerve in your rectum (there are several throughout your body) causes your blood pressure to drop. This will give you a woozy feeling, fatigue, extreme persperation, and sometimes in my case "blacking out". He did say that it is more common in elderly people since they tend to run a lower blood pressure. It was odd to me as I was only 27 at the time. Keeping well hydrated seems to be the advise, I am off to the Dr. as I had another episode yesterday morning. I worry that this happens again while I am home alone with my small children.
