I too agree that these episodes are brought on by stress. I had a stressful situation occur and 2 days later I woke up feeling fine went to go to the bathroom and didn't even get to finish and the symptoms(woozy, fatigue, sweats and finally fainting) occured. It was very frightening as I was home alone with my 3yr.old and new baby. Thank God I was able to come to and crawl to the phone to call for help. I will keep well hydrated, use salt more often and go back to the Dr. as this has happened several times already. Glad to share these scary experiences with everyone, maybe we can help each other.
