This had happened to me four or five times, 2 or 3 times it occured while having a bowel movement. I start feeling lightheaded, persprire, then start blacking out. I now know to get to the ground and put my feet higher than my head, to avoid severe injury hitting the floor or bathtub. I usually come to after a short time and it is then followed by severe nausea, vomiting and dizziness. This doesn't happen often, but when it does you never forget the feeling. It's good to know that I am not alone, and that others suffer from this as well.
