Now that I have had 4 episodes (the last two within minutes of each other) I have decided to find out as much as I can on vaso-vagal (what my Dr. believes to be the culprit). After reading many of your messages it all sounds very familiar. My first 2 episodes were almost identical: Up through the nite with bad pains wich I thought were due to eating something bad then feeling like I was going to get sick then passing out. It made me very nervous eating and worrying about getting those pains. The first time I didn't realize I was going down but the second time I recognized the sign and layed down till it was over. Both times feeling exhausted and horrible when it was over. The last 2 episodes were slightly different: I woke in the morning feeling like I had the worst hang over in my life (I did drink wine the nite before) and went down with no warning, got up off my face to go in my bedroom and went down again. I think I was dehydrated and may have a sinus infection and I also believe my sugar levels may have been low the day before because I was feeling alittle shaky and weak in the afternoon. My Dr. is looking into this alittle more after this last episode but sometimes I feel like it's something I just have to try and avoid and deal with when it happens. I would love to hear from anyone who has experienced this. Brenda
