Hi, Not everyone passes out during an episode. There are many who feel like they might pass out and it never happens. It is not unusual to have normal EKG's, ECG's etc. You would have to have these tests during an episode to show anything. Wearing an Event Monitor during an episode would be your best bet to capture what happens during your episodes.
Put in a search on the internet also, to find others with your condition.
Good luck and hope this helps
