My Vaso Vagal experience

My first experience was in September of 2000. I passed out at a store and an ambulance transported me to Methodist Hospital. A team of cardiologist from Baylor worked on me. After five days and a tilt table test that lasted 1.7 minutes I was diagnosised with Vaso Vagal Sych. My question is that I have noticed if I hurt myself real bad ie bang my knee some type of pain that I get that dizzy feeling. I have passed out twice since the first spell in October. I am taking Toprol XL and it makes me tired. Anyone that has experienced this same thing with the pain I would love to hear from. Thanks
