Hi Fran, No not everyone with NCS passes out. some do & some do not.Most do have fatigue after though. I was misdiagnosed with epilespy when my episodes first started. Was on seizure meds. till I found another doctor. This new doctor took me off all seizure meds.

THe key for me to REALLY find out was wearing a 30day Event Monitor. Its really an easy test and it is no way as cumberson as a Holter Monitor. You might want to try going to a Cardioligist who is familiar with dyautonomic conditions and ask for the 30 day event monitor.The Event Monitor will actually capture an event via an ecg.
